Wahoo KICKR MOVE and KICKR BIKE SHIFT 2023/24

One year after introducing Wi-Fi connectivity for the KICKR, Wahoo presents a brand new flagship model with the KICKR MOVE, positioning it above the KICKR V6 and KICKR Core, representing a completely new generation of smart trainers. The KICKR MOVE adds an additional forward-backward movement of the trainer body of more than 20 centimeters to the already known right-left movement function of the KICKR V6 (AXIS-Feet). In combination, this innovative two-axis movement is intended to create an even more captivating and comfortable riding experience that comes exceptionally close to outdoor cycling.

The KICKR MOVE stands on special roller wheels, which are located on a fixed, slightly curved rail. This construction allows the trainer to move forward and backward as the rider changes power, adjusts the seating position, or takes different positions on the saddle. The curvature of the track uses gravity to control the movement. Small changes in the seating position produce slight movements, while intense sprints or standing while climbing hills lead to a larger range of motion. The KICKR MOVE also features a lock switch that deactivates the movement and stabilizes the trainer, which facilitates getting on the bike and transporting it, as well as accommodating the individual preferences of the rider.

In addition to the introduction of the KICKR MOVE, Wahoo has developed a user-friendly hardware add-on that is compatible with the existing KICKR CLIMB models. The KICKR CLIMB Base Adapter is attached to the base of the KICKR CLIMB and follows exactly the same arc shape as the KICKR MOVE. As a result, both move synchronously and, together with the Wahoo KICKR HEADWIND, offer an unparalleled indoor riding experience.

Additionally, Wahoo introduces the KICKR BIKE SHIFT, a brand-new indoor smart bike. It offers all the fundamental features such as Reality Shift, True Fit, Real Ride Feel, and of course, Wi-Fi. Moreover, it distinguishes itself with a new, innovative belt-driven braking system, which not only allows for a rapid adjustment of resistance to inclines and power changes but also ensures a quiet ride - all at a more affordable price. With this, Wahoo opens up the world of smart indoor cycling bikes to an even broader group of passionate athletes.
