  • AI generated translation
  • AI-generated translation refers to the process of using artificial intelligence, particularly machine learning models, to automatically translate text or speech from one language to another. These systems, such as neural machine translation models, analyze large datasets of multilingual content to learn patterns and associations between languages. The generated translations are based on statistical probabilities and context learned during training.

Chilly in the morning, stormy in the afternoon, with more or less heavy showers in between, and, depending on the foehn conditions, unexpectedly warm or unpleasantly cool.
Every year, autumn (and spring) presents outdoor athletes—and with them the producers of appropriate sportswear—with special challenges regarding adequate clothing. And every year, the latter offer solution proposals that we like to review in our editorial routine to be able to say more about their best usage and temperature range. This time in the showcase: pieces from Endura's current autumn collection.

Men's GV500 L/S Jersey

For autumn gravel days, the thin GV500 Jersey in the stylish color Aubergine is recommended.
The jersey is made from a medium-weight, quick-drying Merino blend, which is pleasantly warm and airy to wear. It perfectly covers a wide range of autumn temperatures. An easy-to-use front zipper and the mid-high collar provide an additional plus for a comfortable climate.
The extended back, including reflective elements, protects against splashes and cool headwind. To make the jersey even more robust, dirt- and wind-repellent, there is an overlay of stretchable and durable fabric in the chest area and on the sleeves.
This material is also used in the area of the three spacious back pockets.
The latter are complemented by a small zip pocket, as well as two side mesh pockets on the back. As a little extra, there's also a zip chest pocket.

The pre-shaped sleeves offer a perfect fit in the riding position and are pleasantly long, although they are not entirely flutter-free at higher speeds. Gravel racers are better off with a tighter-fitting jersey in this case. For long autumn rides or multi-day adventures, the GV500 is the right choice, not least because Merino naturally has a certain "odor control".

In short: The GV500 L/S Jersey offers plenty of storage space, comfort, and versatility, and is available in seven sizes and a total of three colors at an RRP of €149.99

Men’s MT500 Burner Lite Pant

The MT500 Burner Lite Pant is a long, airy enduro pant for warmer autumn days with still double-digit readings on the thermometer or for high alpine excursions at a time of year when it's hot down in the valley.
A slightly thinner material, mesh inserts, and ventilation holes in the knee area ensure good ventilation and a pleasantly light wearing experience. Indeed, you quickly forget that you're actually wearing long pants.
Subtle logos ensure a discreet look.

Although cut tighter, the pants do not restrict pedaling. This is where the 4-way stretch material pays off fully. And additionally noticeable in a positive way, because you don't hear it, for indeed: The material of the pants rustles barely at all when pedaling despite the water-repellent surface finish!
There is also enough room in the pants for compact knee protectors. Tight, elastic leg cuffs prevent unwanted crank contact.

Two side Zipp pockets are just as present as Endura’s ClickFast system for attaching the brand's inner shorts. An adjustment using Velcro fasteners and silicone prints on the waistband ensure a non-slip fit.
And to make sure the front zipper doesn’t open unintentionally, it is additionally secured with snaps and Velcro.

For the more color-brave, the garment is also available in olive green or Atlantic blue (light gray currently not available) in sizes S-XXXL (the reviewer wears size M at a slender 180 cm height) for €114.99 RRP.
We preferred the always combinable black, so the Burner Lite practically always fits. It has definitely already become a new favorite piece in the wardrobe!

Men’s & Women’s Tropical L/S Print LTD

To go with a breezy pair of long-legged pants, you need an equally breezy long-sleeve shirt. Although, in the case of NoMan, this is actually just a flimsy excuse to raise their previously two-piece collection of Endura breezy long-sleeve shirts to the famous, all good things come in threes, meaning: you can never really have enough Endura long sleeves!
Conveniently, the Scots frequently come up with funny Limited Editions in two color options each, so you can cite “collector's item” and “extraordinary look” as further arguments for more of the same. And €49.99 RRP is, last but not least, not the world.

Compared to the other parts, the functional simplicity of the jersey (unfortunately only available in M for men) speaks for itself. For the production, Endura mostly uses recycled fibers.
The jersey is slightly more fitted, which means it flutters significantly less on fast descents than other MTB tops. However, it still offers enough room for thin elbow pads or a warm long-sleeve undershirt, allowing you to showcase the stylish design well into the deep autumn.
Laser-cut ventilation holes in the armpit area provide some airflow on warmer days. And just like that, the jersey with its tropical flair is not only our new favorite on autumnal MTB trails. But also on spring-like, summer, or winter ones. Because yes, it has already been used as an intermediate layer under a windbreaker for running during past, dark seasons at NoMan.

The pants visible on NoMan in the pictures are by the way "stock items" from MY2019, known as MT500 Spray Baggy, and have since been released in second generation – highly recommended! The same goes for the Hummvee Plus Gloves.
And the review of the Rocky Mountain Instinct, on which Lukas is sitting, will follow shortly - watch out!

MT500 Freezing Point Vest

When the temperatures continue to drop, the MT500 Freezing Point Vest offers a versatile companion both on and off the bike.
Equipped with PrimaLoft Gold Active insulation at the front and shoulder area, cozy warmth and high breathability are guaranteed even in the cold season. Robust and stretchy softshell material is used on the extended back with reflective elements.
Silicone prints on the shoulders effectively prevent backpacks and the like from slipping around. For a tighter fit, the hem of the vest can be adjusted. A cover strip on the front zipper and the high collar protect against unpleasant cold wind while riding.

If it gets too warm under the vest, it offers a practical feature: those two large front pockets with 2-way zippers, which first catch the eye visually and secondly can hold all sorts of knick-knacks or frozen hands, also serve as generous ventilation openings thanks to the mesh inserts inside, thus regulating temperature.
Speaking of pockets: a hidden inner pocket is also available in the vest. And for those who prefer more color: it is also available in Electric Blue!
All in all, thanks to its rather loose fit, there are many possibilities to use this dirt- and water-repellent vest with compact packing dimensions. Biking, commuting, traveling, or hiking: for a fee of € 139.99, it's with you!
